Dave Wolf gave a lecture for the Chengdu Bar Association International Law Section in Chengdu, Sichuan in China.
 
Dave spoke about the latest IRS developments regarding the I.R.S. Voluntary Disclosure Program and FATCA.
The lecture in Chengdu follows similar lectures in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong which were organized by the local U.S. Chamber of Commerce in addition to lectures in Israel, the U.K. and Switzerland, and focuses on educating clients and professional service providers such as bankers, lawyers and accountants about the complexity of compliance with U.S. tax laws especially for those living overseas.
